Do I have to refer anyone to make money?
Yes, this is an "active" program, where all members are required to refer at least three members in order for the "passive" aspects of the powerline cash system to work. The more you refer, the more powerlines you will create; thus helping to ensure you have at least one powerline that goes viral.

Do I have to start at a Level 1 memberships?
Yes, ALL members will start at a Level 1 membership before they can upgrade to higher levels 2-5.

What happens if a member in my powerline upgrades to a higher level than me?
If a member in your powerline upgrades to a higher membership level than you, their upgrade fees will be passed up to the next member above you who has an equal or higher membership level. In order to not miss out in the higher commissions, you must be upgraded to a higher membership level.

Can I purchase more than one membership?
No, only one membership per person is allowed. There is really no need for more than one membership. To increase your earning, simply refer more members to build more powerlines, and/or upgrade your membership level.

Are there any refunds offered?
No, due to the nature of the products (eBook digital downloads) and services (URL Cloaker), plus the fact that commissions are paid out immediately after an upgrade purchase, there are absolutely NO refunds offered. Great! Simple click on the "Join Now" button at the bottom of the main page, or click on the "Signup" navigation button at the top of this page. You will then fill out a very short registration form. Then you will be directed to you AlertPay account to make your level 1 membership fee payment. Then you will be sent an email address verification email. After verifying your email address, you will be sent a welcome email with all your login information. Once you login to your member s area, please make sure to update your "profile" page with your AlertPay email address so you can receive commissions.
