The Power10Profits administrator has the right to change any aspects of the program s business model; including but not limited to, membership fee charges, administration fee charges, and any other aspect of the program, without prior notice.

A person may register for free in order to try out the URL Cloaker system, by cloaking just one URL link. Free members will have 7 days after registering to upgrade to a Level 1 Membership. If after 7 days a member fails to upgrade their membership, their membership account will be automatically deleted from the system.

Members of the Power10Profits program are independent affiliates of Power10Profits, and are not considered employees or partners of Power10Profits.

Commissions will be paid daily in the evening Eastern Time, unless otherwise communicated to all members discretion, without prior notice.

There are absolutely no guarantees that any member will make any certain amount of money in the program, either stated or implied on this website. The amount of money a member makes is based on many factors beyond the control of the Power10Profits administrator. Ultimately, earnings from the program will be the direct result of all the members working together to refer new members into the program. Power10Profits is an "active" members program requiring all members to refer at least three members for the “passive” aspects of the program to work.

Because of the products sold (eBooks - Digital Downloads and URL Cloaker Services), there are absolutely NO refunds for the products and services sold on the Power10Profits Website.

All members are responsible for keeping track of all their earnings and expenses that are incurred as a result of participating in the Power10Profits program, and are responsible for paying any taxes that may be due as a result of these earnings.

When promoting the Power10Profits program, no member will make false claims about any potential earnings that a prospect could make in the program. Members found to making false or misleading claims will be terminated immediately, and lose any commissions or bonuses due to them.

The Power10Profits administrator has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy concerning SPAM. Any member found to be using any type of SPAM methods or techniques to promote the program will be terminated immediately, and lose any commissions or bonuses due to them. This includes any SPAM complaints resulting from sending emails to your direct Power10Profits referrals.

It is important that all members promote the Power10Profits program in a positive manner. All members must conduct themselves in such a way so as to cast the Power10Profits program in a good light. Any member found to be making negative statements regarding the Power10Profits program in forums, blogs, etc. will be terminated immediately, and lose any commissions or bonuses due to them.

The Power10Profits administrator will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the use of the products or services offered to its members. The use of the back office site provided to members is used "as is" and members are to use it at their own risk. The Power10Profits administrator will be held blameless for any data that may be lost due to server crashes, computer maintenance, computer downtime, website hackers, or any other unforeseen technical problems that may arise.
